摘  要:为研究大直径屏蔽球的电晕特性,提高直流换流站阀厅绝缘设计能力,依据典型阀厅屏蔽球尺寸设计了直径100βmm到600βmm的试品球,开展了球-网-地、球-地和球-球-地3种试验布置下的正(负)极性电晕试验,提出了表征电极周围空间电场分布的特征集,将其作为输入量,引入支持向量分类机构建机器学习模型,实现屏蔽球的电晕起始电压预测。试验得到了负极性起晕场强与球径之间的关系,同时以其中两种试验布置作为训练样本,预测另一种试验布置的起晕电压,结果表明:球-网-地、球-地和球-球-地3种试验布置下负极性起晕电压预测结果同试验值相比,平均绝对误差分别为5.19%、4.99%和4.33%,预测值拟合曲线与试验值基本相符,满足工程要求。该方法能通过已有试验数据预测相似环境下结构相异样本的同极性起晕电压,为起晕电压数值计算提供了一条新的途径。In order to study corona characteristics of shielding spheres with large diameters and to enhance insulation design level in a DC converter station valve hall,the test spheres whose diameters are from 100 mm to 600 mm are designed based on typical sizes of shielding spheres.Positive(negative)polarity corona tests are carried out under three kinds of test arrangements,such as sphere-net-ground,sphere-ground,and sphere-sphere-ground.A feature set which characterizes electric field distribution around the electrode is proposed.It is inputted to support vector classifier to build a machine learning model.According to the model,the corona onset voltages of shielding spheres can be predicted.The relationship between negative corona field strength and sphere diameter is obtained from the corona tests.Moreover,two kinds of test arrangements are taken as training samples to predict the other test arrangement’s corona onset voltages.The results show that,compared with experimental values,the mean absolute percentage errors of the negative corona onset voltages prediction results of test arrangements like sphere-net-ground,sphere-ground and sphere-sphere-ground are 5.19%,4.99%,and 4.33%,respectively.The fitting curve of prediction results agree with testing results which meet the requirements of engineering projects.The method can be adopted to predict the same polar corona onset voltages with different structures under a similar environment voltage according to previous test data,which lays a new way for numerical calculation of corona onset voltages.
