摘　　要：近年来,冠心病合并糖尿病愈加常见,其患病率逐渐增加,是临床上常见的合并病。冠心病合并糖尿病多由五脏虚弱、饮食失宜、七情内伤、劳欲不节所致,其主要病机是气阴两虚,痰浊瘀阻。该病的病位主要在心、脾,与肺、肝、肾等相关。常分为气阴两虚,燥热内盛;气阴两虚,瘀血阻滞;脾胃虚弱,痰瘀阻痹;阳气不足,寒凝血瘀等证型。该文就冠心病合并糖尿病的病因病机、证候分析及辨证论治展开探讨,希望对临床上治疗冠心病合并糖尿病的研究有所裨益。In recent years,coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes yoga is common,and its prevalence rate gradually increases. It is a common clinical complication.Coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes is mostly caused by five internal organs weakness,inappropriate diet,internal injuries of seven emotions,and improper labor and desire. Its main pathogenesis is deficiency of both qi and yin,phlegm and blood stasis.The location of the disease is mainly in the heart,spleen,liver,kidney,etc.It is often divided into deficiency of both qi and yin,and dryness-heat is abundant in the interior. Deficiency of both qi and yin,stagnation of blood stasis;Weak spleen and stomach,phlegm and blood stasis blocking arthralgia;Syndrome types such as yang deficiency,cold coagulation and blood stasis.In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome analysis and syndrome differentiation and treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes are discussed,hoping to be helpful for clinical research on the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes.
