肾安胶囊合并瑞舒伐他汀钙片对老年早期糖尿病肾病干预研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肾安胶囊合并瑞舒伐他汀钙片对老年早期糖尿病肾病效果。方法:选择2016年1月-2018年2月在医院诊断治疗的老年早期糖尿病肾病患者100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组给予降糖治疗与瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在此基础上给予肾安胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗后血糖、血脂、肾功能指标以及两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率92.0%,显著高于对照组的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FBG、2 h PBG以及HbA1c均较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FBG、2 h PBG以及HbA1c显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组TC、TG以及LDL-C水平较治疗前显著下降,HDL-C较治疗前显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组TC、TG以及LDL-C水平显著低于对照组,HDL-C显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组肾功能指标均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组肾功能指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年早期糖尿病肾病患者采用肾安胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片能够显著提高临床疗效,降低血脂水平,改善肾功能指标。Objective:To discuss the intervention of Shen’an Capsule and Rosuvastatin Calcium tablets on early diabetic nephropathy in the elderly. Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients with early diabetic nephropathy diagnosed and treated in hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hypoglycemic therapy and rosuvastatin calcium tablets,while the observation group was treated with Shen’an Capsule on this basis. The blood sugar,blood lipid,renal function indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.0%,P<0.05). After treatment,FBG,2 hPBG and HbA1 c in both groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment,FBG,2 h PBG and HbA1 c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups decreased significantly,while HDL-C increased significantly(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and HDL-C was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the renal function indexes of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the renal function index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of Shen’an Capsule and Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets can significantly improve clinical efficacy,reduce blood lipid levels and improve renal function in elderly patients with early diabetic nephropathy.
