摘　　要：针对SUH409L铁素体不锈钢冷轧板出现的分层缺陷,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪等手段进行检验分析,确定冷轧板基体内存在大量的夹杂物是导致分层的主要原因。通过控制氧氮含量、提高钢液洁净度等措施,有效解决了SUH409L冷轧板分层的问题。Based on the lamination defect of SUH409L ferritic stainless steel cold-rolled plate,analyzed by OM,SEM and EDS,it is found out that the main cause of plate lamination is a large number of inclusions exist in matrix.By controlling oxygen and nitrogen content,improving cleanliness of molten steel,the delamination of 409 L cold-rolled plate has been solved.
