摘　　要：某钢厂生产高钛(>0.05%)普碳钢初期,钢板强度富余量较大。通过对加入高钛前后普碳钢性能情况对比和现场工艺情况调查,总结出加入高钛后对普碳钢性能的影响规律,优化成分和工艺后使高钛普碳钢的性能稳定且富余量合理。In the early stage of production of high titanium(>0.05%)carbon steel in a steel plant,the steel plate strength surplus was relatively large.Based on the comparison of the performance and the investigation on the field,the effects of the addition of high titanium on the performance of high titanium steel were summarized,and the performance of high titanium steel was stable and reasonable after optimizing the composition and process.
