摘  要:以转底炉处理冶金粉尘工艺为背景,对钢铁厂高炉布袋灰、炼钢LT灰、炼钢除尘灰和CDQ粉等原料进行了XRD和SEM分析,获得4种原料的矿物组成及微观形貌。同时,选用3种粘结剂对不同碳氧比配料方案下压球性能进行了比较分析,为转底炉处理除尘灰提供合理配料方案。Based on the treatment of metallurgical dust with rotary hearth furnace,the mineral composition and micro morphology of four kinds of metallurgical dust such as BF bag ash,steelmaking LT ash,steelmaking dedusting ash and CDQ powder were obtained by XRD and SEM analysis.Three kinds of binders were selected to compare and analyze the press-balling performance under different C/O,so as to provide a reasonable proportioning scheme for the rotary hearth furnace to treat metallurgical dust.
