摘　　要：不锈钢供热站因烟气管道振动温等因素致使控制失灵,烟气无法进行正常换热。通过对烟气阀门安装位置变送器、设置风机阀门联锁保护、安装回水压力低报警器等,烟气阀门得到可靠控制,保障了供暖设备的正常运行,年可减少生产成本8万余元。Due to the vibration temperature of flue gas pipe and other factors,the control of stainless steel heating station is out of order.Through installing the position transmitter of the flue gas valve,setting the fan valve interlock protection,installing the low backwater pressure alarm,the flue gas valve is controlled reliably.That can ensure the normal operation of the heating equipment,the annual production cost can be reduced by more than 80,000 Yuan.
