摘 要:针对分布式电源孤岛系统中储能装置对系统的稳定运行有很大影响,提出一种风电孤岛模式下混合储能调频调压的控制策略。混合储能装置选用互补性强的蓄电池和超级电容。根据二者的特性,同时考虑它们的荷电状态(state of charge,SOC),实时改变输出功率比例系数,使负载所需功率在二者中合理分配且避免其电量的过充和过放。采用改进下垂控制策略消除传统下垂控制导致的频率和电压偏差,提高系统稳定性。最后基于Matlab/Simulink搭建仿真模型,验证所提策略的有效性。As the energy storage device in the distributed power island system has an important impact on the stable operation of the system,a strategy of hybrid energy storage to adjust frequency and voltage under wind power island mode is proposed in this paper.The hybrid energy storage device consists of battery and super capacitor,both of which are complementary.Considering the characteristics and the state of charge(SOC)of the energy storage device at the same time,the control strategy can change the proportionality of the output power in real time so that the power required of the load can be reasonably distributed between the two to avoid overcharging and over discharging.The improved droop control strategy eliminates frequency and voltage deviation caused by traditional droop control and improves the system stability.Finally,the simulation model is built based on Matlab/Simulink to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
