摘　　要：文章将卢敏教授治疗绝经后骨质疏松的有效案例进行统计,探讨卢敏教授辨治绝经后骨质疏松的临床经验。卢敏教授认为绝经后骨质疏松主要病机为"虚""瘀",虚责之于气血亏虚、肝肾亏虚,瘀责之于气滞血瘀、气虚血瘀,临证之时应结合脏腑、气血辨证。在治疗上,卢敏教授灵活使用经验方,病证结合,处方具有祛邪不伤正,脾肾同调,气血并治,筋骨并重的特点,结合中医外治疗法,重视宣教及功能锻炼,临床取得较好的效果。This article summarized Professor LU Min’s effective cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis and explore the clinical experience of Professor LU Min in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Professor LU Min believes that the main pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis is deficiency and phlegm. The deficiency is due to Qi and blood deficiency,liver and kidney deficiency,and the phlegm due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis,Qi deficiency and blood stasis. At that time,it should be combined with Zang-fu organs and Qi and blood to make the syndrome differentiation. In the treatment,Professor LU Min flexibly uses the experience formula,combining the disease and syndromes. The prescription has the characteristics of treating spleen and kidney simultaneously,regulating Qi and blood,paying attention to the bones and bones and attaching importance to education and functional exercise. It has achieved clinically good results.
