浅谈温胆汤加减治疗痰浊湿热型高血压病

摘　　要：高血压是一种常见病,有较高的发病率和死亡率,无论在改善患者临床症状还是减少靶器官损害方面,中医中药都有着独特优势。现如今,生活习惯较之以前有很大的改变,饮食结构也大相径庭,痰浊湿热型高血压患者日渐增多,治疗时应以三焦并治为原则,以"畅中"为主,兼顾"宣上""渗下",应用温胆汤随症加减,使痰浊湿热之邪各循其出路而去,分消走泄三焦痰浊湿热之邪,经临床验证,疗效显著。Hypertension is a common disease with high morbidity and mortality. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in improving patients’ clinical symptoms and reducing target organ damage. Nowadays,living habits have changed a lot and the diet is also very different. The number of patients with phlegm-dampness and damp-heat type hypertension is increasing. The treatment should be based on the principle of triple-Jiao. Focusing on regulating the middle,combined with dispersing the upper and purging the lower,the application of Clearing Gallbladder-Heat Decoction is significant to eliminate the evil.
