都梁软胶囊治疗月经性偏头痛患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨都梁软胶囊治疗月经性偏头痛患者的临床研究。方法:将2016年4月-2018年6月本院60例月经性偏头痛患者,随机分两组,各30例,对照组采用氟桂利嗪5.0 mg口服;观察组采用氟桂利嗪5.0 mg口服联合都梁软胶囊4.86g口服,持续治疗2个月经周期。比较两组患者的临床疗效、雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)及视觉模拟量表评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、疼痛发作频率、疼痛持续时间,记录不良反应。结果:对照组有效率73.33%低于观察组93.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血清E2、5-HT及VAS评分、疼痛发作频率、疼痛持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后对照组和观察组血清E2为(210.31±94.55)pmol/L、(287.62±101.20)pmol/L,血5-HT为(51.17±4.33)ng/m L、(59.62±15.64)ng/m L,VAS评分为(1.34±0.82)、(0.51±0.49),疼痛发作频率为(3.54±1.34)次/月、(1.51±1.23)次/月,疼痛持续时间为(6.78±3.56)h/月、(3.28±2.10)h/月,对照组和观察组上述指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良率16.67与观察组23.33%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:都梁软胶囊治疗月经性偏头痛患者的疗效显著,可以降低疼痛程度,改善E2和5-HT水平,且安全性高,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical study of Duliang Soft Capsule in the treatment of menstrual migraine.Methods:Sixty patients with menstrual migraine in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2018 were random Ly divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The control group received flunarizine 5.0 mg,and the study group received flunarizine 5.0 mg,Duliang Soft Capsule 4.86 g,and two groups were treated for 2 menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy,estradiol(E2),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),frequency of pain onset and duration of pain were compared between the two groups,and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The effective rate of the control group(73.33%)was lower than that of the study group(93.33%)(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in E2,5-HT or VAS scores,frequency of pain onset or duration of pain between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum E2 levels of control group and study group after treatment were(210.31±94.55)pmol/L and(287.62±101.20)pmol/L,5-HT levels were(51.17±4.33)ng/m L and(59.62±15.64)ng/m L,VAS scores were 1.34±0.82 and 0.51±0.49,frequencies of pain onset were 3.54±1.34 and 1.51±1.23,duration of pain was(6.78±3.56)h and(3.28±2.10)h.The differences between the control group and the study group were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse rate between the control group and the observation group(16.67%vs 23.33%,P>0.05).Conclusion:Duliang Soft Capsule is effective in the treatment of menstrual migraine,which can reduce pain,improve E2 and 5-HT levels,and has high safety.It is worthy of promoting.
