木丹颗粒联合贝前列素钠、依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者采取木丹颗粒联合西药依帕司他、贝前列素钠治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取本院接收的82例DPN患者,时间为2016年10月-2017年10月,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41,采取依帕司他联合贝前列素钠治疗)与观察组(n=41,采取木丹颗粒联合西药依帕司他、贝前列素钠治疗),对临床疗效及相关指标进行观察和对比。结果:观察组患者临床有效率较对照组明显要高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者MDNS评分、MNSI评分、神经传导速度比较无明显差异性(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者MDNS评分及MNSI评分均显著下降,且较对照组明显要低(P<0.05);同时,治疗后,观察组患者腓总神经MCV、SCV及正中神经MCV及SCV明显提升,且较对照组明显要高(P<0.05);在安全性上,治疗期间两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:糖尿病周围神经病变采取木丹颗粒联合依帕司他、贝前列素钠治疗,疗效显著,且安全性良好,值得推广。Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of Mudan Granules,Epalrestat and Beraprost Sodium Tablets in diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:A total of 82 DPN patients treated from May 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Epalrestat and Beraprost Sodium Tablets.The observation group was treated with Mudan Granules,Epalrestat and Beraprost Sodium Tablets.The clinical efficacy and index were compared.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the MDNS(Michigan Diabetic Neuropathy Score),MNSI(Michigan neuropathy screening instrument)scores and nerve conduction velocity for two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,the MDNS and MNSI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The MCV(motor nerve conduction velocity)and SCV(sensory nerve conduction velocity)of the common peroneal nerve and median nerve in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Both of groups had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The combined therapy of Mudan Granules,Epalrestat and Beraprost Sodium Tablets can remarkably increase the clinical efficacy safely.It is worthy of promotion.
