茯苓水煎液对肾阴虚水肿大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究不同剂量茯苓水煎液对肾阴虚水肿大鼠体内指标的影响。方法:文章采用尾静脉注射盐酸多柔比星及灌胃给药甲状腺片混悬液的方法诱导形成肾阴虚水肿大鼠模型,并通过测定血清中环磷酸腺苷(cA MP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cG MP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清总蛋白(TP)、肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)及尿液中尿蛋白等指标,考察不同剂量茯苓水煎液对肾阴虚水肿大鼠的影响。结果:与模型组比较,茯苓5倍水煎液组血清Scr、BUN含量显著降低,血清TP含量显著升高,尿蛋白含量显著降低,茯苓10倍水煎液组只有血清Scr含量显著降低。结论:茯苓水煎液对肾阴虚水肿具有一定程度的改善作用,且茯苓5倍水煎液的改善作用较强。Objective: To study the effects of Fuling( the dried sclerotium of Poria cocos) water decoction on the index of kidney-Yin deficiency edema in vivo. Methods: The rat model of kidney-Yin deficiency edema was established by intragastric administration of thyroid tablets and tail vein in jection of doxorubicin hydrochloride. The contents of cA MP,cG MP,ALB,TP,Scr,BUN,urinary protein were measured to evaluate the effects of diffent doses of Fuling water decoction on kidney-Yin deficiency edema. Results: Compared with the model group,the contents of Scr and BUN in the serum of 5 times of Fuling decoction decreased significantly,the content of serum TP increased significantly and the content of urine protein decreased significantly. Only the content of serum Scr in the 10 times of Fuling water decoction group decreased significantly. Conclusion: Fuling water decoction can improve the kidney-Yin deficiency edema to a certain extent,and 5 times of Fuling water decoction has a stronger effect.
