天麻素神经保护效应的研究进展

摘　　要：天麻素(gastrodin)是天麻(Gastrodia elata Blume)的主要活性成分,药理作用广泛,临床应用较多。近几年来,天麻素对神经保护的作用研究日趋增多。现阶段研究结果表明天麻素具有镇痛、镇静、催眠、抗惊厥、抗癫痫和治疗神经退行性疾病等诸多药理作用,文章参阅了大量国内外相关文献,为天麻素神经保护作用的深入研究做铺垫。Gastrodin is the main active ingredient of Gastrodia elata Blume. Its pharmacological action is extensive and its clinical application is wide. In recent years,the effect of gastrodin on neuroprotection has been increasing. At present,the results show that gastrodin has many pharmacological effects,such as analgesia,sedation,hypnosis,anticonvulsion,antiepilepsy and the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. In this paper,a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad have been consulted to pave the way for further research on the neuroprotective effect of gastrodin.
