摘　　要：慢性难愈创面是临床上最常见的一种慢性损伤。中医药治疗慢性难愈创面具有疗效确切、安全方便等优势。祖国医学有"外科之法,最重外治"之说,对慢性难愈创面的治疗,外治法尤为重要。文章从中医外治方面就近年来中医药对慢性难愈创面的治疗进展予以综述。Chronic difficult wound is the most common type of chronic injury. Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of definite curative effect,safety and convenience on treating chronic refractory wounds. There is a saying in Chinese medicine that"surgery is the most important method of external treatment". External treatment is particularly important for the treatment of chronic wounds which are difficult to heal. This article reviewed the progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds in recent years from the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
