科技创新视角下高等教育教学改革的透视与反思

摘　　要：科技创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑,在国家发展全局中处于核心位置.当前,我国和一些发达国家之间在科技创新方面差距明显,必须要在科技人才培养方面下足功夫,方能抓住科技创新的"牛鼻子",引领世界潮流.科技创新关键靠人才,高等教育作为人才培养的摇篮,必须要谋势而动、顺势而为、顺势有为,不断进行教育教学改革,培养一大批能用、够用、好用的创新型人才.本文正是基于此,探讨科技创新视角下高校教育教学改革,为培养创新型人才厚实根基.Scientific and technological innovation is the strategic support for improving social productivity and comprehensive national strength,and it is at the core of the overall national development.At present,there is a clear gap between China and some developed countries in scientific and technological innovation.We must make great efforts in training scientific and technological talents so as to seize the"bullnose"of scientific and technological innovation and lead the world trend.The key to scientific and technological innovation depends on talents.Higher education,as the cradle of talent cultivation,must act according to the situation,act in accordance with the situation and do well in the situation,carry out continuous education and teaching reform,and cultivate a large number of innovative talents who can be used,adequately used and easily used.Based on this,this paper explores the reform of higher education and teaching from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation,so as to lay a solid foundation for training innovative talents.
