药物离子导入联合拔罐治疗类风湿关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨药物离子导入联合拔罐在类风湿关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月-2018年6月治疗的类风湿关节炎患者203例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(101例)和观察组(102例)。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组采用药物离子导入联合拔罐治疗,1个月治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较2组治疗效果、临床症状及DAS评分。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗1个月后关节疼痛指数、关节肿胀个数、晨僵时间、DAS28评分均少(短)于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗1个月后关节疼痛指数、关节肿胀个数、晨僵时间、DAS28评分均少(短)于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药物离子导入联合拔罐用于类风湿关节炎患者治疗中能提高治疗效果,有助于改善患者症状,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of drug ion introduction combined with cupping therapy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 203 patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected as objects.The random number table was used.Patients were divided into control group(n=101)and observation group(n=102).The control group was treated with western medicine,while the observation group was treated with drug ion introduction combined with cupping therapy.After 1 month of treatment,the effects of the patients were evaluated,and the therapeutic effects,clinical symptoms and symptoms and DAS score of the two groups were compared.Results After drug ion introduction combined with cupping therapy,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).1 month after treatment,joint pain index,number of joint swelling,morning stiffness time and DAS28 score of the two groups were lower(shorter)than before treatment(P<0.05).The pain index,number of joint swelling,morning stiffness time and DSA28 score of the observation group were less(shorter)than those of the control group after 1 month after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Drug ion introduction combined with cupping therapy can improve the therapeutic effect and the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis patients.
