摘　　要：胃镜等检查技术发展,胃息肉病成为目前临床常见疾病,中医药在胃息肉病的治疗中也发挥了积极的作用,目前中医辨证论治、五行辨治、活血法论治(活血为主:行气活血、益气活血、清热活血)、温阳法、化痰法(化痰为主:化痰消瘀、化痰理气)、分步论治、标本兼治、辨病论治、防止复发等多种中医药具体治疗方法开拓了胃息肉治疗的思路,分析这些方法能互相借鉴,促进胃息肉的有效治疗。The development of gastroscopic examination techniques,gastric polyps has become a common clinical disease,and Chinese medicine has also played a positive role in the treatment of gastric polyps.At present,TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,five elements of differentiation and treatment,blood circulation method(to promote blood circulation,qi and activating blood circulation,replenishing qi and activating blood circulation,clearing heat and promoting blood circulation),warming yang method,and phlegm method(resolving phlegm,phlegm,eliminating phlegm,phlegm and qi).The specific treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine such as step-by-step treatment,treatment of both the symptoms and the symptoms,treatment of diseases,prevention of recurrence,etc.have opened up the idea of treatment of gastric polyps,and analyzed these methods to learn from each other and promote the treatment of gastric polyps.
