摘　　要：随着经济全球化以及互联网的发展,跨境电商已经成为国内对外贸易经济新的增长点。在此研究背景下,以南宁为研究对象,选取49家跨境电商企业为研究样本,对其岗位需求、学历需求、核心技能需求等方面进行分析,归纳南宁跨境电商人才供需特征及其相关问题,以此为基础为企业和学校的跨境电商人才培养提出相关对策建议。With the economic globalization and the development of the Internet,cross-border e-commerce has become a new growth point of domestic foreign trade economy. In the background of this research,this paper takes Nanning as the research object to select 49 cross-border e-commerce enterprises as research samples,analyzes their job requirements,academic requirements,and core skills requirements,and summarizes the characteristics of supply and demand of cross-border e-commerce talents in Nanning and their related issues. Based on this,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,and some suggestions are made for the training of cross-border e-commerce talents in enterprises and schools.
