摘　　要：全球钓鱼网站的发展已经对电子商务、在线支付、媒体传播等诸多重要领域产生不良影响,严重危害公众信息安全、财产安全,网络钓鱼形式多样,危害超越国界,已成为全球共同关注的重大问题,因此关注其发展现状并建立应对机制非常必要。The development of global phishing websites has had adverse effects on e-commerce,online payment,media communication and other fields,seriously endangering public information security,property security,and various forms of phishing.The harm has transcended national borders and has become a global concern.It is necessary to develop the status quo and establish a response mechanism.
