摘 要:苏州奥体中心体育场钢屋盖结构为马鞍形轮辐式单层索网结构,跨度260m。对双层索网和单层索网进行了选型对比,对索网进行了找形分析。为了考虑柔性屋面结构与风荷载之间的耦合作用,进行了气弹性模型风洞试验研究。柱脚销轴和铸钢采用了高强材料,减小了构件尺寸,达到美观效果。对部分V形柱边界条件进行释放,弱化了结构刚度,减小了基础沉降差异对钢屋盖结构受力的影响。对结构进行了考虑几何非线性和材料非线性的整体稳定分析。进行了柱脚节点的创新设计,并对其完成了有限元分析和节点试验。进行了柔性屋面大变形对附属结构影响研究,设置了钢屋盖健康监测系统。上述计算分析、试验和监测系统保证了结构的受力安全,可供类似工程设计提供参考。The steel roof structure of Suzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium is saddle spoke-shaped single-layer cable net structure with the span of 260m.The structural systems of double layer cable net and single layer cable net were compared,and form finding analysis was conducted on the cable net.In order to consider the coupling effect between the flexible roof structure and wind load,the aeroelastic model wind tunnel test was carried out.High strength materials were used for the pin shaft of column base and cast steel to reduce the size of components and achieve beautiful effects.Some of the boundary conditions of V-shaped columns were released,which weakened the structural rigidity and reduced the influence of foundation settlement difference on the stress of steel roof structure.The global stability of the structure was analyzed considering geometrical nonlinearity and material nonlinearity.The design of the column base joint was innovated,and the finite element analysis and joint test were completed.The influence of large deformation of flexible roof on accessory structure was studied,and the health monitoring system of steel roof was set up.The above calculation,analysis,test and monitoring system ensured the structural stress safety,which could provide reference for similar engineering designs.
