摘 要:以上海某在建工程为背景,系统介绍了空间网格结构设计过程中所需考虑的问题。对于此类自由曲面结构设计过程中应考虑的基本计算假定进行概述;对于此自由曲面结构进行了弹性状态下的位移分析,基于本结构特殊形态,对于位移组成进行定性分析,有针对性地采取相应措施控制整体变形量;进行了弹性状态下强度分析,分析结果表面杆件应力组成以薄膜应力为主,由于建筑造型及网格限制,局部杆件轴力较大,根据分析结果针对性加强相应薄弱部位;进行了屈曲分析,基于第1阶弹性屈曲模态作为初始几何缺陷的分布形式进行了考虑几何非线性的弹塑性极限承载力分析,结果表明,喇叭花单层空间网格结构的整体稳定性满足要求。Based on a project under construction in Shanghai,the issues to be considered in the design of spatial grid structure were systematically introduced.The basic calculation assumptions that should be considered in the design process of this kind of free-form surface structure were summarized.The displacement analysis of this free-form surface structure in the elastic state was carried out.Based on the special shape of this structure,the qualitative analysis of the displacement composition was carried out,and the corresponding measures were taken to control the overall deformation.The strength analysis in the elastic state was carried out,and the stress composition of the surface members was mainly membrane stress according to the analysis results.Due to the limitation of the building shape and grid,the axial force of the local members was large.According to the analysis results,the corresponding weak parts were strengthened pertinently.The buckling analysis was carried out.Based on the first order elastic buckling mode as the distribution form of the initial geometric defects,the elastic-plastic ultimate bearing capacity analysis was analyzed considering geometric nonlinearity.Results show that the overall stability of bellflower single-layer spatial grid structure meets the requirements.
