摘  要:膨石材料强度较低,普通膨石轻板易发生剪切破坏。为了改善膨石轻板受力性能,设计了配置受压纵筋、加大板厚、钢骨架的8块膨石轻板足尺试件,分析双筋、板厚以及钢骨架对其受力性能的改善效果,研究膨石与钢骨架的协同作用。试验结果表明,双筋与增大板厚对膨石轻板受力性能的改善作用效果远不及钢骨架;钢骨架与膨石的相互约束,显著提高了板的承载力和延性;膨石提高了钢骨架上翼缘的受压局部稳定性,钢骨架使膨石处于三向受压状态,提高了其极限压应变。Because the strength of modified perlite concrete is low,the shear failure occurs easily for the normal modified perlite concrete slabs.In order to improve the mechanic behavior of modified perlite concrete slab,eight full-scale modified perlite concrete slab specimens were designed with compressive longitudinal steel bars,increased slab thickness and steel encase.It aimed to analyze the improved effect of double steel bars,increased slab thickness and steel encase respectively on mechanic behavior of modified perlite concrete slab.Also cooperative work between modified perlite concrete and steel encase was studied.The experimental results show that the effects of double steel bars and increased slab thickness on improving the mechanical properties of modified perlite concrete slab is far less than that of setting steel encase;the mutual restraint between steel encase and modified perlite concrete significantly improves the bearing capacity and ductility of modified perlite concrete slab;the modified perlite concrete improves the local stability of the upper flange of the steel encase under compression,while the steel encase makes the modified perlite concrete compressed in three directions to improve its ultimate compressive strain.
