摘  要:将光引发剂二苯甲酮直接与淀粉和甘油共混,并通过挤出注塑工艺制备了热塑性淀粉(TPS)塑料。在最佳光照时间15 min的条件下,研究了不同光引发剂含量对其力学性能、动态热力学性能和耐水性能的影响。结果表明,当光引发剂含量为1%时,经紫外光照射后的TPS可形成最佳交联网状结构,力学性能与耐水性能显著提高。拉伸强度、弯曲强度及冲击强度达到最大值,分别为6.31 MPa、8.2 MPa及77.68 k J/m^2。与纯TPS的相比,拉伸强度、弯曲强度及冲击强度分别提高了4.15 MPa、4.59 MPa及58.91 k J/m^2;玻璃化转变温度达到最高值,T_β和T_α分别为-33.62℃和81.63℃;表面接触角由纯TPS的42.3°增加至80.3°,此时材料的吸水量最小,显著改善了材料的表面耐水性能和吸水性能。The photoinitiator benzophenone was blended with starch and glycerin,Thermoplastic starch(TPS)was prepared by extrusion and then injection molded into the test bars.The effect of different photoinitiator content on the mechanical properties,dynamic thermo-mechanical properties,thermal stabilities and water resistance of TPS were studied under the optimum radiation time of 15 min.The results indicated that an optimum cross-linked network structure was formed when the photoinitiator content was 1%,which led to an effective enhancement in mechanical properties and water resistance.Tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength of TPS were 6.31 MPa,8.2 MPa,77.68 k J/m^2,respectively.Tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength were improved by 4.15 MPa,4.59 MPa and 58.91 k J/m^2,respectively,compared with pure TPS.The glass transition temperature reached the maximum,Tβand Tαwere-33.62℃and81.63℃,respectively;The contact angle of the material could be increased to 80.3°compared with 42.3°of pure TPS,at this time,the water absorption of the material was the smallest.It indicated that the material of water resistance and water absorption were effectively improved.
