摘　　要：采用四烯丙氧基对苯醌作为原料进行溴化,首次合成了一种高溴含量的有色阻燃剂八溴四丙氧基对苯醌,即四(2,3-二溴丙氧基)对苯醌。最佳工艺条件为:以四氯化碳为溶剂,当四烯丙氧基对苯醌与溴素的摩尔比为1∶4.6时,在30℃以下缓慢滴加溴素的四氯化碳溶液,控制在40℃下保温反应5 h,用亚硫酸氢钠的水溶液纯化处理,得到产物,产率为90.4%。通过红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和元素分析对产物进行了表征,通过差热分析(TG-DTA)分析了产物的热稳定性,测试了产物应用于聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)和聚氯乙烯(PVC)的极限氧指数(LOI)。结果表明,产物结构与目标化合物一致;该化合物的初始分解温度为330℃,具有良好的热稳定性能;将其应用于PBT和PVC等材料中时,材料不仅具有良好的成炭性和阻燃效果,同时还能呈现棕红色的颜色。A novel colored flame retardant,octabromo tetrapropoxy p-quinone,namely tetra(2,3-dibromo propoxy)pquinone,which had high bromine content,was synthesized by using tetraene propoxy p-quinone and bromine as raw materials for the first time.The optimal conditions were selected as follows:n(tetraene propoxy p-quinone)∶n(bromine)=1∶4.6 while carbon tetrachloride as the solvent.The mixture of bromine and carbon tetrachloride was added dropwise below 30℃,and reacted for 5 h at 40℃,finally purified with aqueous solution of sodium bisulfite,the yield could reach 90.4%.The product was characterized by FT-IR,1 H-NMR and elemental analysis.The thermal stability of the product was tested by TG-DTA.The limit oxygen index(LOI)was tested when it was applied to polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)and polyvinyl chloride(PVC).Results showed that structure of the product was consistent with expectations.The decomposition temperatures of the product was 330℃,which meaned that it had an excellent thermal stability.The product also presented a good effect on antiflaming when it was applied to PBT and PVC,moreover,the colored flame retardant could add brownish red color to the materials.
