摘　　要：安全注射是指对接受注射者无害、实施注射操作的医务工作者不暴露于可避免的风险、以及注射后的废弃物不对环境和他人造成危害的注射。当前,不安全注射事件频频出现,已成为全球严重的公共安全卫生问题。本文通过对不安全注射现状的分析,简述了安全注射主要存在注射器具不安全、注射药液不安全、医务工作者薄弱的安全注射意识等因素,提出不安全注射行为的产生原因与医务人员不规范的注射操作、医务人员暴露于本可避免的风险、注射废弃物处理不合理、注射操作流程不系统等有关,并分析表明安全注射工作是一项系统工程,不仅需要国家制定相关政策和计划,更重要的是临床医务部门、护理部门等的切实执行,这样才能真正地解决安全注射中存在的问题。The safe injection refers to the injection that leads no harm to the person to be injected,avoids the healthcare workers’exposure to the avoidable risk and the harms to environment and outer people due to injected wastes.So far,the unsafe injection events occur frequently and have become a serious worldwide problem of public safety and health.The paper reviews the current situation of unsafe injection and briefly the major factors for safe injection,including unsafe injection syringe,unsafe liquid injection and healthcare workers’poor awareness of safe injection,suggesting that the unsafe injection behaviors are associated with nonstandard injection operation of healthcare workers,healthcare workers’exposure to avoidable risk,unreasonable disposal of injection wastes and unsystematic injection operation procedure.It is concluded that the safe injection is a systematic work,requiring not only the development of related policies and plans at national level,more importantly,the actual implementation by clinical medical departments and nursing departments,so as to so truly solve the problems in the safe injection work.
