摘 要:针对动物体温测量,提出一种新型测温方法,并设计了一种面向植入式RFID标签的温度传感器。首先介绍了传感前端电路,然后介绍了缩放型模数转换器的设计,最后采用SMIC 0.18μm CMOS工艺,对该温度传感器进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,在1.8 V工作电压下,平均电流为4.5μA,单次温度转换时间为1.8 ms,在25℃~45℃范围内,温度误差为±0.2℃。A novel temperature measurement method for animal temperature detection was proposed.With this new measurement method,a temperature sensor for implanted Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)tags was presented.Firstly the design of the analog front-end was discussed,then the zoom analog-to-digital converter was described,and finally the simulation results and the conclusions were presented.The proposed temperature sensor was designed and simulated in the SMIC 0.18μm CMOS IC process.The simulation results showed that the average current was 4.5μA under 1.8 V power supply,and the single conversion cycle consumed 1.8 ms.The inaccuracy of the sensor was ±0.2℃ at the temperature range of 25℃ to 45℃.
