摘　　要：目的探讨厚壁型胆囊癌超声造影(CEUS)对比增强CT(CECT)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析厚壁型胆囊病变患者图像资料,比较CEUS和CECT对厚壁型胆囊癌的诊断效能。结果CEUS与CECT对诊断厚壁型胆囊癌的准确率分别为87.1%、79.0%。ROC曲线联合分析五种影像特征,当满足3种及以上特征为诊断标准时,其灵敏度、特异度及准确率分别为84.6%、93.1%、89.1%。结论CEUS对厚壁型胆囊癌具有良好诊断效能,二者影像特征的联合对其诊断效能更高,具有重要临床价值。Objective To comparison the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS)and enhanced CT(CECT)in the diagnosis of thick-wall gallbladder carcinoma.Methods The imaging data of patients with thick-walled gallbladder lesionswere retrospectively analyzed to compare the diagnostic efficacy of CEUS and CECT for thick-walled gallbladder carcinoma.Results The accuracy of CEUS and CECTin the diagnosis of thick-walled gallbladder cancer was 87.1%and 79.0%respectively.ROC curve was combined to analyze the five image features,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 84.6%,93.1%and 89.1%,respectively,when three or more characteristics were met as diagnostic criteria.Conclusions CEUS had a good diagnostic effect,and the combination of the two imaging features is more effective in diagnosing thick-walled gallbladdercancer and had important clinical value.
