摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜不同类型常见病变超声造影图像特征,为子宫内膜良恶性病变提供诊断及鉴别诊断依据。方法对112例疑诊子宫内膜疾病患者行经静脉超声造影检查,全部病例经不同手段获得病理结果,比较分析不同时相的超声造影图像特征。结果恶性组和子宫内膜息肉组、增生组在早期时相、强度、形状、外溢、边界指标上存在差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜病变不同病理类型超声造影图像具有不同的特征,能提高子宫内膜病变诊断的准确率,为临床提供重要参考信息。Objective To investigate the characteristics of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)images of different types of common endometrial lesions,and to provide the basis for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant endometrial lesions.Methods 112 patients with suspected endometrial diseases were examined by intravenous contrast-enhanced ultrasonography.Pathological results were obtained by different means in all cases.The characteristics of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography images in different phases were compared and analyzed.Results There were significant differences in early phase,early strength,early shape,early spillover and early boundary index between malignant group and endometrial polyp group and hyperplasia group(P<0.05).Conclusions Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS)images of different pathological types of endometrial lesions have different characteristics,which can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of endometrial lesions and provide important reference information for clinical practice.
