摘　　要：在部级综合交通运输协调和应急指挥框架体系下,提出一种融合数据管理、地理空间数据服务、地理空间可视化和场景规划与推演可视化一体的综合交通运行监测与应急指挥信息平台的功能设计,为交通运输运行监测和应急指挥调度的建设提供科学、有效的验证探索支持能力。Under the framework of integrated transportation coordination and emergency command at ministerial level,a functional design of integrated transportation operation monitoring and emergency command information platform is proposed which incorporates data management,geospatial data service,geospatial visualization and scene planning and deduction visualization.The design can provide support for scientific and effective verification and exploration on the establishment of transport operation monitoring and emergency command.
