摘 要:为了揭示大掺量矿物掺合料混凝土的早期碳化特性及准确预测其碳化深度,采用加速碳化试验方法,研究了水胶比,粉煤灰、矿粉及两者复合大掺量取代水泥对混凝土早期碳化深度的影响。在此基础上,考虑掺合料碳化速度的影响,提出大掺量矿物掺合料混凝土的早期碳化深度预测模型。结果表明:各碳化龄期与水胶比下,大掺量矿物掺合料混凝土的早期碳化深度大小取决于矿物掺合料掺量、种类以及其与水灰比之间的关系;矿粉对混凝土早期碳化性能的影响与粉煤灰类相似,但其早期抗碳化能力明显优于粉煤灰;与单掺矿物掺合料相比,粉煤灰与矿粉复掺可以缓和矿物掺合料混凝土早期抗碳化性能的下降;水胶比越小,矿物掺合料对混凝土早期抗碳性能的影响程度越小;最后,所建立的早期碳化模型预测结果与试验结果吻合良好,具有良好的工程适用性和指导意义。In order to understand the early carbonization characteristics of mineral admixture concrete and to precisely predict its carbonation depth,the effects of water binder ratio,cement replacement by fly ash or slag,and the combination of both on the carbonation depth of concrete containing mineral admixture are studied through accelerated carbonization test.Moreover,an early carbonation predictive model for concrete containing mineral admixture is proposed when considering the influence of mineral admixture on carbonation rate.The results show that the early carbonization depth of concrete containing mineral admixture depends on the mineral admixture type and content,and their relationship with water-binder ratio;the effect of slag on the early carbonation depth is similar to that of fly ash,while its early anticarbonation performance is more significant than fly ash concrete;in addition,replacement by both fly ash and slag can greatly improve the early anti-carbonation performance of concrete containing mineral admixture;the smaller the water binder ratio,the smaller the influence of mineral admixture on its early anti-carbonation performance.It can be seen from the experimental research that the predicted result of the model is in good agreement with the experiment,and it has excellent engineering applicability and instructive significance.
