摘  要:结构面粗糙度是影响土-结接触面强度及变形特征的重要因素。利用表面粗糙度测定仪,采用环氧树脂胶结剂和不同粒径石英砂,设计了4种不同表面粗糙度结构面。利用改进后的环剪仪,对4种不同粗糙度下的土-结接触面进行30~300kPa范围内6级不同法向应力的剪切试验。试验数据表明,随着结构面粗糙度以及作用在其上的法向应力的提高,粉质黏土-结接触面的峰值剪切应力和残余剪切应力随之增大,剪切过程中接触面的应变软化特性逐渐减弱并逐渐向应变硬化发展,达到峰值剪切应力所需的剪切位移增加,接触面的初始、广义黏聚力提高,而其内摩擦角和广义内摩擦角无明显变化。Structural surface roughness is an important factor affecting the strength and deformation characteristics of soil-joint interface.Four kinds of surface roughness structural planes are made by using epoxy resin cementing agent and quartz sand with different particle sizes with surface roughness tester.By means of the improved shear apparatus,the shear tests of six different normal stresses in the range of 30-300kPa on four different roughness soil-junction interfaces are carried out.The experimental data show that with the increase of the roughness of the structural surface and the normal stress acting on it,the peak shear stress and residual shear stress of the silty clay-bond interface increase.The strain softening characteristics of the interface gradually weakens and develops towards strain hardening during the shear process.The shear displacement required to reach the peak shear stress increases,and the initial and generalized viscous of the interface increase,but the initial and generalized friction angles do not change significantly.
