摘  要:基于ANSYS/CFX软件,用双向流-固耦合方法评估不同流速和不同金属软管下HL-2M偏滤器冷却回路的流致振动效应。评估表明:金属软管的等效弹性模量是影响管路振动响应的主要参数,当流体平均流速控制在2~10m·s-1时,响应较小。管路主要变形区域最大发生概率出现在U型管和金属软管处。因此,尽可能选择等效弹性模量E≥1010Pa的金属软管,建议在U型管和软管区域增加防振加固支撑设计以确保安全。Based on ANSYS/CFX fluid-solid coupling method,the flow-induced vibrations of the HL-2 M divertor cooling system under different flow rates and different metal hoses were evaluated.The results show that the equivalent elastic modulus of the metal hose is the main factor affecting the vibration response of the system.The influence is negligible if the average flow velocity of the fluid is controlled in 2~10 m·s-1.The maximum occurrence probability of the main deformation area appears in the vicinity of U-tube and the metal hose.A metal hose with an equivalent elastic modulus of E≥1010 Pa should be chosen,and a strengthened support is suggested to be added nearby the U-tube and the metal-hose to ensure safety.
