摘  要:针对当前集中控制方法不能适应配电网不同应用配置工况、就地控制难以协调发挥设备及光伏无功电压调节性能的问题,提出一种主动配电网集中/就地自适应无功电压协调控制方法,根据配网控制条件将设备及光伏的控制模式划分为就地趋优控制和集中优化控制两部分。在就地趋优控制方面,建立协同功率因数和动态趋优因子指标,兼顾全局需求调节光伏与设备无功出力;在集中优化控制方面,根据无功充裕程度选择电压越限风险或网损最小为目标,进行无功优化:通过实际配电网算例仿真验证所提策略的有效性。结果表明该方法可以主动适应配电网控制条件不健全的情况,在优化无功出力、改善线损和电压水平等方面具有优越性。In order to mitigate the problems that it is difficult for central control to adaptive different operating conditions of distribution network and for local control to achieve the coordination of equipment and photovoltaic,an adaptive centralized/local volt-var control strategy is proposed in this paper.According to the control conditions of distribution network,the control mode of equipment and photovoltaic is divided into two parts:local optimization control and centralized optimization control.The local optimization control establishes cooperative power factor and dynamic optimization factor to coordinate the reactive power of photovoltaic and compensators from overall situation demand.The centralized optimization control optimizes reactive power,aiming at minimizing voltage overrun risk or minimizing power losses with the judgment of reactive power margin coefficient.Taking a real feeder as an example,the method presented in this paper are simulated.The results prove validity of the proposed method,and show that it performs excellently in optimizing reactive power output,reducing power loss and improving voltage quality.
