摘　　要：[目的]探析浙派医家陈司成《霉疮秘录》一书的学术思想。[方法]从《霉疮秘录》入手,并结合其成书背景,归纳陈司成在梅毒病临床诊治方面的若干经验。[结果]在病因方面,陈氏认为梅毒发病的内因是正气不足,湿、火、瘴气等病邪是其发病的外部条件与直接原因,并可通过性接触、母婴进行传播。在诊断方面主要根据霉疮的外部形态以确定霉疮类型,依据发病部位、脉象来确定毒之所在并进行预后判别。在治疗上强调辨病与辨证相结合,分期分剂进行治疗,并详论其用药规律、禁忌及适应证。[结论]鉴于时代的局限性,陈氏的认识虽有不足之处,但《霉疮秘录》一书完善了时医对梅毒的认识,且首次将含砷制剂运用到梅毒治疗之中,大大提高了梅毒治疗水平,在中医专科治疗领域具有里程碑的意义。[Objective] To explore the academic thoughts of the Zhejiang doctor CHEN Shicheng’s "Secret Record of Syphilis ". [Methods] Starting from"Secret Record of Syphilis", combined with its background, it summarizes CHEN Sicheng’s experience in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of syphilis.[Results] In terms of etiology, CHEN believes that the internal cause of syphilis is lack of righteousness. The diseases such as wetness, fire and suffocation are the external conditions and direct causes of the disease, and can be transmitted through sexual contact and mother-infant. In the diagnosis, the type of mold is mainly determined according to the external morphology of the mold, and the location of the disease and the pulse are used to determine the location of the poison and to determine the prognosis. In the treatment, it emphasizes the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, and treatment in stages, and details the medication rules, contraindications and indications. [Conclusion] In view of the limitations of the times, although CHEN’s understanding has its inadequacies, the book"Secret Record of Syphilis"perfected the understanding of syphilis by the doctors of the time, and applied the arsenic-containing preparation to the treatment of syphilis for the first time. It has greatly improved the treatment level of syphilis and has a milestone in the field of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
