摘 要:柔性交流输电(flexible AC transmission system,FACTS)设备具有灵活的无功补偿能力,可以在切机后向受电区提供足够的无功以维持电压水平,因此得到了广泛应用。电力系统电力电子化趋势下,FACTS设备大量接入,使得电网的运行方式更加复杂,也为电力系统的运行优化提出了新的要求。考虑多种工况,以稳定运行时的有功网损最小及切机后的最大电压偏移最小为优化目标,并将FACTS设备的类型纳入控制变量。提出一种结合双层花授粉算法(bilayer flower pollination algorithms,Bi-FPA)的解耦优化方法,该方法使用内外分层的策略,将FACTS设备的选型选址与定容解耦开,内层搜索各目标的最优解与设备参数设置,外层搜索FACTS设备的选型选址,最终得到能够兼顾不同工况的FACTS设备配置。最后采用IEEE-14系统对优化方法的可实施性及有效性进行了验证。Flexible AC transmission system(FACTS)device with sufficient compensation capability of reactive power has excellent ability to maintain the voltage of receiving-end bulk grid in a reasonable range while such as the trip of generator is occurred.In the trend of Power Electronics Dominated Power System,FACTS device will more and more widely used which not only makes the operation more complicated,but also brings new optimal demands to power system.As variety of conditions is considered,the optimized goals are minimizing the active power loss during stable operation and minimizing the maximum value of voltage bias,for example after trip of generator.At the same time,the type of FACTS is also set as control variable.Therefore,a decoupling optimization method combing with the bilayer flower pollination algorithm(Bi-FPA)is proposed.The inner-outer layer strategy is used in this method,where selecting types/locations of the FACTS devices and determining parameters of the FACTS devices are decoupled.The inner layer is used to search for the optimal solution and device parameter settings of each target,while the outer layer is used to search for the selection and location of the FACTS devices,so that FACTS project for different conditions will be obtained.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness is verified with IEEE-14 system.
