摘  要:针对传统电力负荷调度系统存在可靠性差、调度过程电力数据易失效的问题,设计一种新的电力自动调度系统。系统分为硬件设计与算法设计两部分。系统的硬件部分主要由电力数据采集器、负荷控制器以及调度器组成,分别采用芯片对其进行控制。对于系统的软件部分,基于分时电价制度,采用交叉遗传粒子群算法求取电力自动调度的最优解。为了验证所设计系统的有效性,进行一次仿真实验,实验结果表明,所设计的基于分时电价的电力自动调度系统具有良好的可靠性,并且系统在完成电力负荷调度的过程中电力数据失活时间更长。A new automatic power dispatching system is designed to solve the problems of poor reliability and easy failure of power data in the traditional power load dispatching system.The system is divided into two parts:hardware design and algorithm design.The hardware part of the system is mainly composed of power data collector,load controller and scheduler,which are controlled by chip respectively.For the software part of the system,the optimal solution of automatic power dispatching is obtained by cross genetic particle swarm optimization based on Tou system.In order to verify the effectiveness of the designed system,a simulation experiment is carried out.The experimental results show that the automatic power dispatching system based on Tou price designed in this paper has good reliability,and the power data deactivation time of the system is longer in the process of completing the power load dispatching.
