摘  要:针对直流电压测量装置的长期运行极易出现的绝缘闪络及关键阻容网络的选型等问题,对高压直流电压测量装置的设计原理及绝缘结构进行了深入分析,为解决长期运行极易出现的径向的闪络问题,提出了内外部分保持合理的绝缘距离,对于关键阻容网络的选型问题,给出了相应的参考值;以800 kV直流电压测量装置的为例,用ANSYS有限元仿真,分别论证了装置在直流场、交流场、单级损坏、绝缘子长期运行后表面积污秽等各种极端情况下绝缘的可靠性。为特高压直流电压测量测量装置的设计提供了参照依据。For problems of the insulation flashover which is extremely easy to occur in the long-term operation of the DC voltage measuring device and of the selection of the key resistorcapacitor network,the design principle and insulation structure of the high-voltage DC voltage measuring device are analyzed in depth.In order to address the radial flashover which is easy to occur in long-term operation,it is proposed that reasonable insulation distance should be kept for the internal and external parts.For the selection of key resistance-capacitance network,the corresponding reference values are given.Taking the 800 kV DC voltage measuring device as an example,the reliability of insulation of the device under various extreme conditions,such as DCfield,ACfield,single-stagedamage,surfacecontaminationof insulators after long-term operation,is demonstrated respectively by ANSYS finite element simulation.The paper provides a reference for the design of UHVDC voltage measurement device.
