摘　　要：The JES Outstanding Publication Awards ceremony was held at the 10thNational Conference of Environmental Chemistry(NCEC)in Tianjin,China on August 15–19,2019.The Editor-in-Chief Dr.X.Chris Le from the University of Alberta(Canada)invited Dr.Guibin Jiang of the Research Center for EcoEnvironmental Sciences,Chinese Academy of Sciences(China)and Dr.Jerald L.Schnoor of the University of Iowa(USA)to co-host the ceremony(Fig.1).
