探讨张介宾对脾胃学说的继承与发展

摘　　要：脾胃学说源于《黄帝内经》,形成于《脾胃论》,是中医理论的重要组成部分。明代医家张介宾为脾胃学说的传承与发展作出了重要贡献,继承了“脾胃为滋养元气之源”的生理观,“内伤脾胃,诸病由生”的发病观。并在脾胃生理病理、治则治法和养生用药等方面均有所发挥,主要体现在五脏互藏,脾土为核心;命门元气为脾胃之母;升阳不忘养阴,创养阴益气法;调五脏以安脾胃;养生家必当以脾胃为先,脾胃为养生之本,并创新性地提出“能去伤脾者,俱是脾胃之药”“元气即相火之所化”的观点。The theory of spleen and stomach originated from the Inner Canon of Huangdi,formed in the Pi Wei Lun.It is an important part of theory of traditional Chinese Medicine.ZHANG Jie-bin,a skilled doctor in Ming Dynasty,made an important contribution to the inheritance and development of the spleen and stomach theory.Inherited the physiological view that"the spleen and stomach is the source of nourishing the vitality Qi",and the morbidity view that"various diseases are from the spleen and stomach of internal injury".It has been developed at physiology and pathology of spleen and stomach,therapeutic principle and method,health care and medication,and so on.It is mainly reflected in the following points:the five zang organs are mutually hidden,and the spleen is the core;the vitality Qi of the life-gate is the mother of the spleen and stomach;rising Yang does not forget to nourish Yin,establishment the method of nourishing Yin and nourishing Qi;regulating the five zang organs is in order to regulate the spleen and stomach;the family of health must take the spleen and stomach as the first,the spleen and stomach is the base of health.And he innovatively put forward the concept of drug use that the medicines of hurt the spleen are all the medicines of the spleen and stomach,and believed that"the ministerial fire can generate Yuan Qi".
