摘　　要：张锡纯根据临床应用薄荷的丰富经验,认为薄荷为治疗温病之要药,其治邪在表可散之,治邪在里可透之,且有祛湿、透疹、搜络止痉之功。其对薄荷的运用有其独到之处,认为用量不同则薄荷性味不同,如量少则凉,量大则温,部位不同则功效不同,如叶善发汗除温,而梗善理气。张锡纯还根据个人经验灵活变通经方的使用,并根据临床病情创制许多薄荷的新方,如治小儿急惊风之镇风汤,重视薄荷的配伍,如透疹解热之薄荷配蝉蜕,清热止痉之薄荷配蜈蚣。Based on the rich clinical experience in the application of peppermint,ZHANG Xi-chun considered that peppermint is good at treating the seasonal febrile disease,such as letting out pathogenic factors or dispelling wind and clearing heat.He especially considered that different dose and part of it had different efficacy.For example,a few of it has cool nature but a great quantity has the different nature.And he also flexibly applied classical prescriptions and created new prescriptions including peppermint,valued compatibility of medicines,expanded the administration methods.
