摘  要:开发了一种3D喷墨打印铸造砂型(芯)用双组分热硬化无机粉末粘结剂材料,探究了组分A的粘度及表面张力对喷墨状态的影响,同时探究了该双组分热硬化无机粉末粘结剂材料在打印生产过程中的砂型强度、发气量、打印头的损伤情况以及VOC排放量控制等方面的表现。结果表明,该材料打印生产的砂型强度满足要求,发气量较低,打印生产时VOC排放量低,对打印头的损伤较小。A two-component thermal hardening inorganic powder binder for three dimensional inkjet-printed sand molds and cores was developed, and the influence of the viscosity and surface tension of component A on the inkjet state was investigated. At the same time, the sand strength, gas evolution volume, frame loss rate of print head and VOC emissions of the two-component thermal hardening inorganic powder binder in the printing process were explored. The results show that this two-component thermal hardening inorganic binder has low gas evolution volume, low VOC emissions and low damage to print head in the printing process, and the obtained sand strength can meet the requirements of the production.
