摘　　要：结合多年生产经验,对大、中、小滑轮木模和芯盒制作工艺进行了分析。并利用UG软件对滑轮进行模样三维造型,优化了木模制作工艺,改善了滑轮模样的质量,提高了生产效率。According to many years’production experience,fabrication processes of wooden patterns and core boxes for casting of small,medium and large pulleys were analyzed.Using UG software,the 3 D models of wooden patterns for different kinds of pulley were designed and built,and based on the results,fabrication processes of wooden patterns were optimized.This not only improved the quality of wooden patterns,but also increased the production efficiency.
