关于燃气锅炉炉膛爆炸事故案例的探讨

摘　　要：文中从一起燃气锅炉发生炉膛爆炸事故案例展开探讨,综合现场勘察及特种设备的安全管理分析,明确燃气锅炉燃烧机的制造要求、锅炉燃烧机系统的安装技术规范要求、锅炉燃烧机正常启动点火的条件及发生故障后应采取的处置措施,并提出整改和预防措施,确保燃气锅炉能够安全经济运行。In this paper,a case of a gas-fired boiler furnace explosion accident is discussed.Through on-site investigation and comprehensive analysis of the safety management of special equipment,the root cause of the boiler furnace explosion is found out.The manufacturing requirements of gas-fired boiler burner and the installation technical specifications of the boiler burner system,the conditions for normal start-up and ignition of the boiler burner and the disposal measures to be taken after the failure are defined,and the corrective and preventive measures are put forward to ensure the safe and economic operation of the gas-fired boiler.
