摘  要:采用EB-PVD技术在DS GTD111合金表面沉积制备YSZ/CoCrAlY热障涂层,研究了DSGTD111合金及热障涂层在950℃的热腐蚀行为,进行了腐蚀动力学及腐蚀产物分析。结果表明:950℃涂盐条件下热腐蚀100 h,热障涂层试样粘结层表面氧化物或腐蚀产物层的厚度与试验合金相比有很大程度的减小,施加热障涂层在很大程度上改善了合金抗950℃熔盐热腐蚀能力,热障涂层失效开裂部位为TGO与粘结层界面。950℃涂盐条件下热腐蚀100 h,YSZ/CoCrAlY型热障涂层的热腐蚀行为受合金基体影响作用不显著。The YSZ/CoCrAlY thermal barrier coating(TBC) was deposited by electron beam physical vapor deposition(EB-PVD) on DS GTD111 superalloy.The hot corrosion behavior of DS GTD111 and its thermal barrier coating was studied.And corrosion kinetics and corrosion products were analyzed.The results show that the thickness of the oxide or corrosion product layer on the surface of the bonding layer of the thermal barrier coating sample decreased significantly compared with that of the test alloy under the condition of salt coating at 950℃ for 100 h.Applying thermal barrier coating can greatly improve the alloy’s resistance to thermal corrosion of molten salt at 950℃,and the failure and cracking of thermal barrier coating is the interface between TGO and bonding layer.The thermal corrosion behavior of YSZ/CoCrAlY thermal barrier coating is not significantly affected by the alloy substrate under the condition of salt coating at 950℃ for 100 h.
