摘　　要：纸质浇道管在树脂砂铸造中使用的优点在于,良好的操作性能,耐高温金属液冲刷,优越的抗热震性能;常温下强度高不易损坏,浇注后的残留物少,易于消耗;不漏砂、不粘砂,有效降低铸件废品率。纸质浇道管不仅提高铸件的质量,而且选用再生资源,减少环境污染,是一种绿色环保型的创新型铸造工艺用浇道管。The advantages of paper runner pipe used in resin sand casting were good operating performance,high temperature metal liquid erosion resistance,superior thermal shock resistance.High strength at normal temperature is not easy to damage,less residue after pouring,easy to consume;No leakage,no sticking sand,effective reduction of casting scrap rate.Paper runner pipe not only improves casting quality,but also selects renewable resources and reduces environmental pollution.It is a green and environment-friendly innovative runner pipe for casting process.
