摘 要:针对传统电力市场交易发电侧报价方法实际中标率较低的问题,提出了一种用电经济政策调整下的电力市场交易发电侧报价方法。根据调整的用电经济政策建立发电商决策模型,从而获取市场交易信息,通过获取中标概率函数获取报价中标概率,建立最优报价曲线进行电力市场交易发电侧报价。为了验证该电力市场交易发电侧报价方法的有效性,将该方法与4种传统方法进行对比实验,实验结果证明该方法的实际中标率更高,更适用于用电经济政策调整状况下的电力市场交易发电侧报价。For the problem of the low rate of the actual bid acceptance by the traditional method on the generation side in electricity market transaction,this paper proposes a new bidding method on the generation side in electricity market transaction under the adjustment of electricity consumption policy.According to the adjusted electricity consumption policy,the decision-making model of power generators is established,so as to obtain the market transaction information,and the bid acceptance probability is obtained through obtaining the bid acceptance function,and the optimal bidding curve is established to perform the generation side bidding in electricity market transaction.In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,the method is compared with four traditional bidding methods.The experimental results show that this method has a higher bid acceptance rate and is more suitable for the generation side bidding in electricity market transaction under the condition of adjustment of electricity consumption policy.
