摘  要:在分析地区变电站负荷曲线的基础上,针对变电站重过载情况,以变电站储能初始投资成本最小为目标函数,以主变N-1、充放电周期内能量守恒、储能功率和荷电状态为约束条件,建立储能接入变电站经济性最优模型,针对该优化配置模型属于含约束条件的非线性规划问题,提出采用遗传算法进行模型求解的方法和流程。选取某典型110 kV变电站,结合其负荷曲线,优化分析得到储能最优配置容量及储能充放电规律,结果表明,变电站储能功率配置在7%,电量配置2 h较为合理,验证了该模型和方法的有效性和实用性。提出的模型和方法可指导电网侧储能最佳配置容量计算和分析。On the basis of analyzing the regional substation load,in view of the heavy overload of the substation,with the minimum initial investment cost of the substation energy storage as the objective function,and with the main transformer N-1,energy conservation of the charge and discharge circle,energy storage power and charge state as constraints,the optimal economic model of energy storage accessing to the substation is established in this paper.In view of the fact that the optimal allocation model is a nonlinear programming question with constraints,a genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the model.A typical 110 kV substation was selected,and on the basis of its load curve,the optimal allocation capacity of energy storage and the charging and discharging law of energy storage is obtained through optimization and analysis The results show that it is reasonable to allocate 7%of energy storage power and 2 hours of electricity storage.The validity and practicability of the model and method have been verified.The proposed model and method can guide the calculation and analysis of the optimal configuration capacity of the grid side energy storage.
