摘　　要：二○二○年我国现行标准下农村贫困人口实现脱贫,贫困县全部摘帽,解决区域性整体贫困,做到脱真贫、真脱贫。而农村建档立卡贫困医学生的就业问题已经凸显,本文从农村建档立卡贫困医学生存在的就业期望值、家庭经济状况、就业心理压力三个方面对就业困境进行原因分析,并针对原因提出了三条就业出路建议,切实解决他们经济上、心理上和求职过程中的实际问题,帮助他们树立自立、自信、自强的信念,更好地引导他们的顺利就业。In 2020,under the current standard of China,the poor people in rural areas were lifted out of poverty,and all the poor counties were decapitated to solve the regional overall poverty,so as to get rid of the real poverty and the real poverty.However,the employment problem of poor medical students in rural areas has become prominent.This paper analyzes the causes of the employment dilemma from three aspects:the employment expectation value,the family economic situation and the employment psychological pressure of the poor medical students in rural areas,and puts forward three suggestions on the way out to solve the practical problems in their economic,psychological and job-hunting process.Help them to establish the belief of self-reliance,self-confidence and self-improvement,and better guide their smooth employment.
