摘　　要：在推动部队后勤综合部门信息化建设的过程当中,由于部队后勤部门工作具有复杂多样且涉及面较广等特点,因此在信息化建设的过程当中存在着信息程度不均衡以及信息更新滞后等问题,这也导致部队后勤综合部门在信息化建设过程中存在着需求模糊、人员分配不合理、效率低下等问题,严重影响了部队人才培养.本文就部队后勤综合部门信息化建设的现状进行分析,并提出当前部队后勤综合部门信息化建设的相关对策,以此推动部队人才培养.In the process of promoting the informatization construction of the military logistics department,because the work of the military logistics department is complex and involves a wide range of features,there are problems in the process of informatization construction,such as the imbalance of information level and the lag of information update,which also leads to the fuzzy demand and personnel distribution in the process of informatization construction of the military logistics department.Umeasonable and inefficient problems have seriously affected the toining of military personnel.This paper analyzes the current situation of the information construction of the military logistics department,and puts forward the relevant countermeasures of the current information construction of the military logistics department,so as to promote the training of military personnel.
